Because he won'ed da Howl-o-weenie contest dat was oFUR at Hansel's Halloween Spooktacular in da best digitals imagin' CAT-egory. When Scoutie was asked what he would yike fur his winnin' PURResent he was told dat originally the winnin' PURRson was to get a lovely blankie from Peggy's Kitty Blankies but dat since he was a doggy he could have sumpin' else as his PURRize. What do you suppose our darlin' an' sweet an' considerate brofur did? He said he would yike ta still have da blankie dat Peggy made'd cuz he wanted ta give it ta us! Now, isn't that a good doggy brofur for you's?

We wanted our momma ta blog 'bout Scoutie's wonderfulness an' also to show alla' you's da wonderfuls blankie dat Miss Peggy made'd fur us. We picked our colors cuz they will match alla' us no matter who is nappin' wif it. Momma put'ed it in our basket dat is on top of da radiator.
