On April 20, the Supreme Court of the United States ruled in U.S. v. Stevens that the "Crush Act," a 1999 federal law banning the creation, sale and possession of materials depicting genuine acts of animal cruelty, is unconstitutional and over-broad in its scope.

Sometimes we wish animals could vote idiots out of office.
I can't imagine what goes on in the minds of the creeps who like to watch small animals be killed.

It's bad enough that someone would do that to poor animals, but for someone to enjoy watching it is beyond words and belief.
