Hey, Camille, look what momma bought fur uz over at da Goodwill Store. She sayz dat it iz a baby bed but dat we can use it here on da sun-porch fur nappin' an' snugglin'. I'm first in so you has ta wait youz turn, OK?
I ♥ our new bed an' I think I'll take me a baf before my snooze. Momma always has her eyes peeled ta get us stuff ta cuddle into soz we has safe places ta nappie away from da big dogz noses an' paws. We gotz us some good momma, yes, we does.
Momma put our new snoozin' bed up high soz we feel safe when we has our eyes closed tight. Momma is always thinkin' of our comfort an' happy-ness. Momma sayz dat da Goodwill Store has some good things in it fur us kittiez. All ya gotta do is think of new wayz ta use it! I feel yike a purr-incess in dis bed way up high!
Camille and Rosemary, along with my son's cat, Zoe' (far right) will all turn 8 years old this summer. Now, that's not all that elderly for a cat, but nonetheless, it is eight years and that is a significant amount of time no matter how you count the days, weeks, months and years. In the photo they are about 6 months old. Where did it go? What happened to the three, little kittens that were rescued oh, so long ago? The little kittens that would run willy-nilly from room to room of my house flinging themselves into the air, landing on a dime only to scurry away to begin again? The little kittens who would arch their backs and hop sideways, tail pointing to the clouds as they assaulted an imaginary foe. The time slipped away so quickly.
Dis is me, Aurora Katrina, who iz now nine yearz old. Dis iz my baby picky-ture when I came ta live wif my momma in her house. I was da furst kitty-catty dat momma ebber brought into her house. Momma wasn't a "cat purr-son" because she was a "dog purr-son" and ebby 'bean in rescue knewz dat in our town.

Thusday iz da dayz Miss Mazie Grace is getting her eyes operated on by her dog-tor. It is reely, reely imprtant fur alla' us ta keep right on purr-ayin' fer this kind and gentle lady. She's not a complainer and she doesn't make any troublez so it'z time Miss Mazie Grace gets some good stuff in one of her nine lives. She was 'posed ta hab it da other day but da dog-tor had ta makez different planz. We need ta surround diz very deserving little girl in l♥ve.
Click on the purr-ty pickie-ture of Miss Mazie Grace and you will be able to visit her house on da inner-nets. Mazie Grace nebber complainz and she is a good furend ta her kitty-catty brofurs and sisfurs. Even if Miss Mazie Grace could see half better dat would be good too, so purr-ay an' purr-ay, please, oh, please.
